Panerai PAM00127
The Panerai Luminor 1950 PAM00127 also known as the "Fiddy," is a highly significant and sought-after special edition launched in 2002. It was the first modern Panerai to utilize the historic 1950 case design, which closely resembles the original timepieces made for the Royal Italian Navy.
Only 1,950 units of the PAM00127 were produced globally, contributing to its collectability. Key features include a substantial 47mm polished stainless steel case, a black sandwich dial with "1950" marking at 6 o'clock, rose gold hands, and a distinctive, highly domed sapphire crystal designed to evoke the vintage plexiglass look. The watch is powered by the COSC-certified manual-wind Panerai Caliber OP XI, based on an ETA/Unitas movement, with a 56-hour power reserve. It features the patented crown protection device and is water-resistant to 100 meters.
